Two new extensions are available on the Autodesk Subscription Center for Autodesk Revit subscribers and can be downloaded by logging into the Autodesk Subscription Center

The Extension for Autodesk® 3ds Max® 2013 and Autodesk® 3ds Max® Design 2013 software augments the power and flexibility of the Particle Flow system, enabling artists to create more sophisticated, realistic, and customized physical simulations in less time. Based upon user feedback, Autodesk® 3ds Max® 2013 and Autodesk® 3ds Max® Design 2013 and the Autodesk® Design Suites that contain 3ds Max Design 2013* software customers on active Autodesk® Subscription will now be entitled to receive the MassFX mParticles feature set, which was initially released exclusively for customers on active Autodesk Subscription for all Autodesk® Entertainment Creation Suites that contain 3ds Max 2013. Advanced Data Manipulation remains an exclusive feature for customers on active Subscription for all Autodesk Entertainment Creation Suites that contain 3ds Max 2013. No changes have been made to the Cache Disk and Cache Selective entitlement which is available for all customers with active Autodesk Subscription for 3ds Max 2013, 3ds Max Design 2013 and all Autodesk Entertainment Creation Suites that contain 3ds Max 2013 and all Autodesk Design Suites that contain 3ds Max Design 2013. The updated Extension for Autodesk 3ds Max 2013 and 3ds Max Design 2013 software download will be made available to customers on active Autodesk Subscription on or after September 4th, 2012. On or after September 4th, 2012, the current download and installation package for the Extension for 3ds Max 2013 and 3ds Max Design 2013 will be updated and replaced with the updated Extensions for 3ds Max 2013 and 3ds Max Design 2013 software on the Autodesk Subscription Center. Previous installations of the Extension for 3ds Max 2013 or 3ds Max Design 2013 should be uninstalled and then re-installed us ing the updated Extension in order to gain access to the MassFX mParticles feature set. No action is required by Customers with Autodesk Entertainment Creation Suites that contain 3ds Max 2013** who previously installed the Extension. |
